Technical and Analytical
Should have managed Small size teams
Knowledge of Data base, especially Oracle
Knowledge of Object oriented design techniques and application
Experience of working on complex projects
Engineering Graduate / Post Graduate Degree holder / MCA / MCS / M Sc (Computers)

The job involves
Understanding and analyzing requirements
High-end and detailed solution design
Mentoring, Tracking, Performance monitoring of small team
Diagnosis and debugging problems and devising solutions
Hands on Modifying / Writing critical Code
Participation in reviews of requirements, design, source code, and supporting documentation.
Development of cross-platform (UNIX, Linux, and Windows) software
Development and conducting of tests to ensure functionality, integration and quality
6 to 10 years experience.
