Designing capabilities using design tools.  Expert in application development methodologies and techniques, familiar with state of art frameworks and design patterns.

Prototype building to address customer problems and provide technology recommendations for the same.

Good communication ability and requisite knowledge and expertise of quality processes, is expected for all the above roles.
